The rules for using PerfectDeck.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PerfectDeck. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use PerfectDeck. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions, trials & billing
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Trials, if offered, convert to paid unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrades/cancellations take effect at period end; we may prorate only where mandated.
3. Content and AI outputs
You own content you upload and prompts you provide. You grant us a license to process that content (including via AI models) to operate the service. AI outputs may be non-unique and similar to other users' outputs. Do not submit unlawful or sensitive data you lack rights to process.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the platform, models, and brand. Except for your content and outputs you are allowed to use, you receive no ownership rights. Feedback may be used without obligation to you.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory activity.
- No IP infringement or violation of privacy/publicity rights.
- No attempts to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the service or models.
- No hateful, violent, or sexual content; no content that exploits minors.
6. Service changes & availability
We may modify or discontinue features. For paid plans, if we materially reduce functionality, you may cancel; where required by law we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
7. Third-party services
Payments are handled by Stripe and subject to their terms. Integrations or links to third parties are provided 'as is'; we are not responsible for their services.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
PerfectDeck is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' To the maximum extent allowed, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or accuracy of outputs.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted, PerfectDeck and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is capped at the amounts you paid to PerfectDeck for the service in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify PerfectDeck against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, or to protect the service. Clauses that should survive (payments, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, dispute resolution) do survive.
12. Governing law & venue
Delaware law governs, excluding its conflicts rules. Courts in Delaware (state or federal) have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different venue is required by law.
13. Export & sanctions
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the service if you are barred under those laws.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service.
